They should b normal, u have no regular breating pattern. Side pain comes from the air u breathe in and when u breathe out, most of the air still is in ur body and soon ur body will be full of air and u will get side pains. Breathe in 4 about 2 seconds and breathe out 4 about 5seconds or more.

No it's not a bad thing. It means that you haven't stretched or prepared yourself for the walk before hand. Walk slowly and take deep breaths through the nose and out the mouth...sometimes it helps to put your hands above your head while doing this breathing. It shouldn't take long to go away.

We used to call that a "stitch" in your side. It is very normal! If these continue for very long, you would be wise to have a check up with your doctor to rule out anything else. Breathe deeply and slowly and work up to longer walks, your dog loves them!

At 17, dont worry, any problem can be easy to tackle
Left side ... Abdominal pains ?
If so, it could be the colon.
If leg pain ... check for your arteries and bad irrigation of the left leg.

I don't think they will kill you. I have had mysterious pains for years. You may need to take a mineral supplement or just do some stretching before you start. Also make sure you are getting enough water.

You are dehydrated. If you don't want to carry a water bottle with you, make sure you drink at least 20-30 ounces (about a quart) of water, before you walk. And don't forget to pee first.

drink a big glass of water 15 minutes before you go walking and do some light stretching. If it continues, you could see a doctor if it really bothers you

is the pain on your left side/or in the rear? if it is the rear then it is probably a kidney but if it is on your side then probably a mus cle spasm. /go to the doctor and have an x-ray done then you will know.
