Hey! Yeah, it is pretty fattening. Expecially "Big Mac's", but how can you not say "yummmmmmmmm". I think that it is bad to eat there all the time, although I don't, but when i do mmm mm mmm, I say that as long as you just save Mcdonalds food as lets say once a month, not even that lets say once every two weeks, I personally think you will be fine. Just don't over do it neither. Like say you eat at Mcdonalds and then now....oh im hungry for a snack when you get home, you eat eat eat something. No way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't do that..thats just bad, that is what will put the pounds on you. Although it is good like you alyssa since i know you, lol....you run..so you keep the weight off, although i dont suggest you run right after you eat, it is good to exercise that will help you lose the pounds. I say again that, save McDonalds for atleast once 2 or 3 weeks, that should help people who love mcdonalds (me). Also you stay fit if exercise and try to drink healthy too, always a plus there, no dought. So just Eat there acouple times and don't over do it, thats my advise to Mac lovers.

Well...just in case you haven't seen the movie "Super size me" look it up and watch it. The man "star" in the movie had his cholesterol go up over 100 points in just 30 days . This was an experiment. Nothing but McDonalds food for 30 days . Oh gawd my stomach just rolls at the thought. Can you imagine nothing but McD's breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

yes, and anyone interested in finding out how true your statement is should read the book "fast food nation" by eric schlossen. but there's more to this than just knowing about the truth behind fast food and the reason(s) for it's current popularity. read "natural cures they don't want you to know about" by kevin trudeau. then the next question should be "why do we (the general public) allow this sort of thing to go on.

AMEN, sister!
And not to mention they still contain trans-fats!
My husband picked up a cheese burger the other day and it actually had all the nutrition(and I use that loosely) facts on the wrapper. Now, if people will read it, remains to be seen.

Heck yeah! It's terrible to touch that stuff! Everybody else has said it already, but people need to watch "Supersize Me" and stick with salads at Wendy's if they NEED fast food!
