That my man is a very good question. But the moms dont always win. I am in Texas and I have full custody of my daughter and my ex wife has supervised visits only and is supposed to pay child support...yeah right ! I have gotten 4 payments in 4 years when the courts threaten to put her in jail. She also has another child and does not even know who the father is. I fought for 3 years to have and keep full custody. My lawyer was very expensive but well worth it as I won my fight. ....But I will tell you that for the first time in my life I understand why women who get raped dont pursue justice. Every time we went to court she would tell a lie about me and I would have to prove that it was not true even tho I COULD prove everything I had on her including neglect and abuse. I would leave court so mad I could not see straight. But I didnt give up and I finally won !!!!! If this is your problem, find a lawyer that specializes in family law and get his help. It wont be easy, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. GOOD LUCK !!

Sounds like she needs therapy but fast! Are the fathers any better though? They sure weren't picky about who they slept with to make her pregnant! The poor kids need therapy after living that lifestyle. They will probably grow up with the same values if an intervention isn't done quickly! If she is capable of keeping sanitary conditions and disciplines herself about the Hep.C she should be able to keep the kids safe from it. I pray that she will make better choices and that the kids will not just survive but thrive and become productive and responsible adults.

i think of I see the place you're coming from, and that i agree. i think of what you're asserting is that once human beings have infants, many mom's now no longer make their marriage a concern, and their husband gets shoved way on the back burner. My grandmother used to constantly tell me "guard your husband and your marriage - he grew to become into there till now the infants, and he would be there after the infants". I attempt (whether i'm no longer constantly valuable) to maintain on with this suggestion. you're doing all your infants a disservice in case you do no longer attend on your marriage. Its how some marriages crumple. Its no longer approximately making a decision between the husband and the infants... its approximately looking a stability. Its problematical to try this whilst your infants are so youthful and needy. i come across that now that my young ones are fairly older and extra independant, i will concentration on my husband and marriage extra. I see the advantages firsthand - my mum and dad have been married for extremely virtually 40 years now. Me and my sisters are all grown and have our very own households. My mum and dad pass to and are in contact in our lives, yet for sure we are all busy and have our very own households now. And my mum and dad have eachother, and are SO chuffed jointly. i want the same with my husband whilst my young ones go away the nest.

Because the courts are designed to help, poor, helpless women,
who have been getting scrwed for years and years and years by evil men......
even in a situation like that, the courts will still think the mother is the best thing for the child.
The courts are run by screwy liberals

This is not right. Probably happens all the time. Not much we can do about it.
