Yeah, the regular stuff on pizzas. Bocconcini is fresh mozzarella and it is great wrapped in parmaham and put under the grill. Buffalo mozzarella is something else again, it's amazing, melts in your mouth.

Mozzarella cheese is lovely in toasted sandwiches with ham and
tomato it is the same cheese as is on pizzas
