Over the counter Clariton D is good for allergies or store brand. Make sure that it isn't going to make you drowsey either. Benadryl is also good if you have nothing to do for the day, it is better to take Benadryl during the night, that way you'll get a good night's rest as well.

this all depends on your body and the immune system. everyone's different. i am allergic to cats and pollen. i think its because of the fur and dust and my nose is sensitive. there is not specific thing you can take for it, you can prevent it by having a healthy body and excercise regularly and eat healthy! if you do have allergy someday, you can take medicens from your doctor or some over the counter medicens if its not very serious.

im allergic to sunflower seeds and sunflower oil and i dont have to take anything for it but i am allergic to pollen so i take tylenol night stuff and some of that stuff you spray up your nose
