Yes they do. Whendust particles enter their nose they sneeze just like us.

If the sneezing is overly excessive go to ans Avian Veterinarian immidiately.

Yes. Chickens sneeze, though differently from humans. They will snort to expel whatever in their nose. I don't think they 'pick' their nose like some parrots do. Some parrots will stick their claws in their nares (nostrils) in order to dislodge what ever is bothering them.

If chickens are anything like my quail, they will snort and shake their heads violently when they sneeze.

No, since chickens have no large nasal cavity and that they have no nasal hairs when we sneeze it is because those hairs itch and the body wants to rid us of any itching that we might have. also chickens don't have a mucase membrane to trap forgine objects in, so therefore there is no need to expell those objects.
