Sit her down and tell her she needs to think about what she wants and ask her if she is prepared for any consequences that might result from whatever she decides? Then tell her how you feel about everything and maybe talk to her bf's best bud about it........

tell her to get the hell over it, if she's taken she's taken. And if HE really is her BF's "best bud" he would NEVER do anything with his friend's girl. That is a strict violation of the Man's Code of Conduct and grounds for immiediate termination of friendship and stripping of his title of "Man"
