Kittens will learn from their mom , as I noticed from my 4 kittens they started clean themself at one month old, not really clean kinda like they play until about 2 monts old they take more time to clean themself and each other.

They learn from copying mommy so it varies, depends on the maturity of the kitten, how much it watches mommy. Usually they can do the full body wash at 4-6 months.

My kittens attempted to lick themselves pretty young, like 4 weeks. They are now 8 weeks and doing it more often but they havent perfected it yet. I bet by 3 months they will have it down :)

They learn from their mothers so they should be able to do it when about 1 month old.

none of my cats genuinely sparkling themselves even as they get out of the clutter field, like they do no longer lick their ft or something, yet you could wipe their ft off even as they get out of the clutter field, or may also use a rug like we do, yet be certain the rug has some grooves in it so the clutter will come off even as it walks for the length of it. you in straight forward words placed a rug on the end of the clutter field so it has to stroll for the length of it even as that is done. you won't be able to make a cat sparkling itself, it purely comes certainly and they are going to stumble on the fashion to do it on their personal.
