people at my school are very rude and if I let every one know that i like this guy I dont't know how they will react because I know another popular girl likes him and I don't know how people will take it if I tell thim what should I do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Tell no one that you like him! You'll be safer that way. Try getting to know him without anyone knowing, and if everything goes right, then when you feel it's ready, go and ask him out. The worst he can say is no. And if he does, there are more guys out there for you. Good luck

you'd rather be liked by everyone than ask that guy out?
Think about these things:
are they "forever friends"--you know, the kind that have got your back? Is what they think going to matter in a year? In 6 months?
When you graduate, are you going to thank them for helping you get through the four years?
Are you going to kick yourself in 6 months because you cared what those rude people thought, or because you didn't ask him out?
What will you regret not doing?

hmmm... the best thing in life is to be able to have the freedom on what to feel... so if you like this guy, just have the courage to tell him straight... and don't forget to tell him that you're not expecting anything... you just wanna get it out of your chest... i mean.. you do have the freedom to do that... and about all your rude school mates, let them be rude... don't worry about it.. block it out... they are not the one who controls your life and your feelings... and make sure... no regrets... live life to the fullest...
