My hair easily falls out, but yet it's growing. Is my hair just shedding? There'll be a lot of hair in my comb and brush when I comb and brush my hair. There'll be a lot of hair in the sink when I wash it. I don't understand what's going on with my hair. What should I use for it in order for it to stop.

I do take medecine but not for cancer. I don't have a disease or anything. It could be because of stress.

Everyone loses between 40 & 120 strands a day, depending on how much hair you have, your age & your hair's growth cycle. People with fine hair tend to have more of it & therefore will lose more of it than their thicker-haired sisters & brothers. Your hair also thins as you get older, particularly after menopause for women, but the thinning will stop & not continue as it will for men.
Here are some factors to take into consideration for common hairloss:
1. Seasonality. You'll lose the most hair in the fall -- typically November and December when hair reaches maturity in its growth cycle.
2. Diet. Hair loss can occur through poor dieting, tight ponytails, even with age.
3. Pregnancy Some women experience hair loss with pregnancy or as part of post-pregnancy hormonal changes. Other women experience hair loss when going on or off (usually off) the birth control pill.
4. Illness Sometimes it happens as a result of illness. Even stress, excessive weight loss, iron deficiency & thyroid problems can cause hair loss.
If you're really worried, ask your doctor. I hope that this helps~Bon

Hmmm... I am guessing that your hair has been severly damaged. Some suggestions would be to
1) Change your shampoo to eitehr Pantene (extra volume, or for dameged hair), Dove, or Garnier Fructis. Avoid Herbal Essences, it has too much chemicals, and if you've been using your champoo/conditioner for over a month it is time for a change!
2) If method 1 doesn't work, try asking a professinal at a salon for help, they always know the true reason what is going on with your hair. I think it might be stress or a phase... but anyways try going to the salon as well, and see if it works.
But I am 99% sure that your hair has been damged and that is why it is falling out.
Good luck!

could be a few things.do you have curly hair, wavy hair ,or stright hair. have you died it more than once a year.do you have dry hair dose it shine?try to buy a human hair protien its about 28 to 35$ use it every day, not as instructed.take your time brushing your hair use a wide combe to pull out the tangles first before you use the brush. and did you know you will loose 100 strands of hair a day. its normal especially if your hair is longer than your shoulders.

Hmmm... well I have thick hair and alot of it...
I don't wash my hair everyday either, I wash it like every three days... Since I do that by the time I wash it, alot of it will be loose and shedding, it's normal for me (I don't know about you) to have clumps of hair in the shower. It's been like that ALL my life, but I know my hair aint fallin' out c0z I have the same amount everyday THICK as ever...
Now if you wash it everyday, then yeah, something might be up, talk to a hair profesional. If you're like me and do not wash it everyday then it might be that, that is the only time it really falls out LOL is when you wash it, and it just SEEMS like alot is commin' off your head. But we humans SHED alot!, even our skin.
:)
I'd say if your like me, don't worry.
And yes, try a deep conditioner...
I need a deep conditioner c0z since I get mad dandruff after I shampoo it with dandruff shampoo it's all dryed out, so I need a DEEP conditioner so after I'm done it wont dryout later or frizz up compleatly...
;)
:::Peace:::

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMw8J While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

Your hair goes through cycles and will periodically shed, don't be worried.
Also, it could be because you have stopped/started a hormone pill (like oral contraceptives), after pregnancy or lots of other medications.
Or stress.
Most people lose around 180 strands a day (not 10!)

You're only supposed to lose 10 hairs a day...even though girls usually lose more. Eat healthy! (it helps, that goes for your eyelashes too) When washing your hair massage your scalp with shampoo and then leave the conditioner in your hair for about 5 minutes..comb through carefully, don't rip your hair..untangle tangles with your hands.

Either, you've used too many chemicals in your hair or you are going bald. Yes, women do go bald. Not as often as men, but it does happen. I'd give up the use of any chemiclas / go natural and see if it stops.

Maybe it is seriously damaged. Hava a conditioning treatment done professionally and then use Pantene deep conditioning treatment often. Good luck.
