I urge you walk to away from him and he broke the law and he has less to loose.I do not think it a good idea to pick a fight with others especially in the liquor store.But if you decide to fight him I am sure you will win since you still have your wrestle skill.Why pick a fight in public and someone will call the cop and it is very good thing that you ask the members for the answer.

If he does, slip some crack into his drink, make sure he doesnt notice o_O
If he doesnt: ***** slap him and use your moves! To beat him up.
Just kidding...
Tell him that you don't want to have a fight, and just wanna be amigos and not start hatred. Peace is the answer.... SO F**K OFF ******* lol... just try to make peace, and if not.. leave him alone, and if he is still there, and i am seirous with this: call the cops, or challenge him, and beat him. but call the cops is best idea, if you beat him, you just attract trouble. So try to make peace, if not, call the cops if he keeps threatning you. They can take action against that.

good idea. As a woman I am harrassed everyday by illegals hanging out in front of the stores and on the street. Turn him nto immigration. If you do something to him, do it right . It is impossible to reason with someone like that. I know exactly what you are feeling

Violence is never the answer, illegal or not. The fact that you keep mentioning the individuals illegal nature shows a little bit of a bias. Before you do anything, ask yourself, is it worth fighting? Get a photo of el senor ...in front of the liquor store. Then send the photo with a name (if you can get one) to your congressman and tell him what's going on and that this man is in our country illegally. Ask him to respond with opinion and action. But don't hold your breath. Tell him you vote and that you are concerned.
Don't dirty your hands with this kind of human trash. It's not your job. It's our governments job. Remind your rep of that.
Also, carry Mace for your own protection. If someone attacks you. Spray em' down. What you do when they/he is writhing around on the ground with mace in their eyes ...is your own call.

Fighting is never the answer, only ever in self defence. He challenged you to a fight, simply turn down his challenge and walk away. It makes no difference if he is legal or not if you are dead or seriously injured.

I guess if he attacks you then teach him some respect. It would do you no good to report his harassment to the police anyway. Of course you might go to jail, but I wouldn't have you cowering in your home and changing your routines for this person.
