First stop driving, check the lug nuts to be sure there tight, check the tire for separation at the cords, it will have a high spot on it if its bad, just change it, If the lugs are tight and the tire is good have a mechanic raise the car so the wheel is off the ground, be sure to use a safety stand. Have the mechanic check fore loose wheel bearings and loose bolts and worn out bushings. Check the steering links, and the strut bolts, Good Luck and GOD Bless,
Jackie

Well, I doubt that you have loose lug nuts. I wouldn't suggest driving this vehicle very much, especially at high speeds. You have a bad CV joint, or a strut that is completely destroyed. If either of those give loose when you are driving, it could make for an interesting and dangerous ride, plus you are stuck there.
Take this vehicle to a dealership/mechanic and get it inspected immediately. This is a very dangerous concern and I don't want you on the same highway as me.

The thumping would nicely be as user-friendly because the exhaust equipment being free, and that sounds the most smart for that section. Your steerage is a extra extreme remember. At relax, how Play; slack does your steerage wheel have? it would no longer have any extra that some inches. It it really is, you've gotten extreme the front end suspension complications.

your (CVJ) cv joint boot has come loose, soon the joint will break and you will be stranded, It will not cause you to have a wreck. But t will cause you to be stuck!! Sometimes it will go for a month or two, maybe longer.. your looking at about 80 bucks for the part... maybe 125 for the labor.... That is only if it's a front wheel drive... I don't now about camrys, really.. but that happened to me in a Subaru..... if it's not front wheel drive.. don't drive it... or tighten your lug nuts, or you may have mud on the wheel on the inside making your wheel out of line.....

If your hearing a thump when you move the wheel by hand I would say ball joint. If that's what it is and its making the noise your saying it does then no its not safe to drive. If the joint comes apart you will lose control of the car.
