Aproximately 25-30% of Israelis are religious (called "Dati" in Hebrew) with many many more being "somewhat traditional". The rest are secular.
This BTW, is a higher ratio than in most other places in the world.
Of course, that, in itself, has absolutely nothing to do with what Israel does or doesn't do so I do not understand why you are attempting to link the two.
Perhaps when you ask your questions you can try to be more clear on what you mean.

Most Israelis are atheists.
Most Israelis are communists.
Their primary religion is lying and stealing land. Murdering people in the process is just a benefit, it's not the objective.
