yes yes yes....my mom was just like that too. it's terrible in high school because you feel so trapped and helpless to living your own life. i know you prob. feel like these are the best years of your life and you should be able to go out there and do what you want....but let me tell you something. when you hit 18 and move out (and go to college?) that is when you start living! you will look back and be happy that your parents cared about you and didnt let you roam the streets at night. when you have your own place you can come and go as you please and do whatever you want. so....dont feel like it will never get better bc oh my god does it get better. you need this time to be with your family to prepare you for the good years to come. love your mother, you only get one and it will make your life harder if you resist authority....youve only got a couple more years of it!

Because she loves you and it won't be long when you'll be moving out and she knows that this breif moment in time when you are this age; young, vibrant, and alive, will be gone in an instant, never to return.

Don't fault your mom for wanting you around. Later in life, you might find that the number of people that ever wanted you around, especially when you were being a pain in the azz, are very few.

She's your mother. As you grow don't forget to be consider of her. Find a way to communicate and come to certain agreements; sort of ground rules. And try to balance things out, don't ever forget you have a home life too.

hahaha welcome my friend to the sisterhood of the stupid mothers. i live in nazi germany. my mother is hitler. i love her. but shes hitler. my friends mom is exactly like yours-sadly, all we can do is be patience. you can try talking to her and telling her shes confusing you but with most stupid moms itll just end up in an argument and probably grounding. you need someone to rant and rave to about her, email me. kristelqueen@hotmail.com
