You are still young and experience that's the reason your mom don't support young teen to have girlfriend. But if you can date her as a close "friend" first. When you both grow up older and you both can choose to be boyfriend/girlfriend or friends.
I think couples of years, you two can wait and it will be a good test between your relationship.
