As strange as this is going to sound. I bet you aren't eating enough. The body has to have 1000 cal. to have enough fuel to burn fat. I have a friend who works out 4 hrs daily. B ut she hardly eats. So almost all the food she eats turns to fat. Her body thinks she is starving. Eat first thing in the morning to start your metob. then try small amounts every 3 or so hrs. I bet it will work.
Good luck.

If your waist is 39 inches or less don't mess. Listen to your friends and to your doctor and stay active. The majority of Americans would love to have your problem.

If you insist on a little loss go higher reps, like three sets of 15, and less weight in the gym. Also work out five to six days per week instead of two or three workouts. Keep up your running and cut back about 500 calories per day. This would sure work for me, but remember we are all different.

I cannot believe that you or anyone can gain muscle mass just by running!! If this is so, you need to get together with your doctor, start a control study, and open a new chapter in medical science.

If your eating right, I wouldnt change anything. You dont want to lose muscle, cuz its hard to get it back. Keep in mind your body is still growing, and will be for a few more years, so in a year from now, you wont look the same. Try to be patient, and you'll like the results.

uh... stop exercising so you don't have as much muscle?

I think you are just fine the way you are! Fit, toned, exercised and healthy. Why change that with a stupid obession about weight? Girl, stop letting the media influence how you see yourself and the world. You sound perfect to me, I'd like to be you right now! (And no, I'm not fat, I'm just not... fit... I really need to start exercising...)
