You should consult a therapist. Bulimia will only make you sick and it's not a good way to lose weight. Frequent vomiting can rot your teeth and cause multiple organ failure. Brainstorm with your doctor on an effective weight lose solution.

If only vomiting solved the problem. Vomiting only adds problems such as dental decay and gastrointestinal problems. Why would anyone want to do this. I know you have heard it a hundred times before but eating properly and a little exercise is the answer. Take baby steps with both - add a little exercise at a time until you build up endurance and it actually becomes fun. And for food, make healthier choices but don't deny yourself a small splurge when you are out. Even when I went on a picnic at the lake I would pack all of my healthy food and eat that first. Then I will have one small piece of something really great so I don't feel deprived.
Last summer I had lost 14lbs. I have gained it back over the winter but am just starting to do it again. The first week is the hardest. After that I actually enjoy the healthier food. I also go on my treadmill - a little longer each day.

I have also struggled with my weight most of my life, but becoming a bulimic certainly isnt the answer. Diet and exercise are the key to weightloss. For many of us we want so bad to lose the weight but we need a push..a helping hand. There are many weightloss programs out there, but I have found that they are too expensive for some people. You might try TOPS this is a non-profit organization (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) established in 1948. They have weekly meetings and weigh-ins. Normally your first visit is free and if you sign up all you pay is a small monthly dues. My monthly dues are like 3 bucks. These groups teach you how to eat right and exercise, they have contests and sometimes you even have to pay a quarter or 50 cents for your gains. LOL They make it fun and definately affordable. Do you remember the tv show with Art Linkletter, he couldn't lose weight so he got on a plan for himself he stayed thin after that. He put the same amount of food on his plate that he had always ate and the same foods no low cal. or low fat. When he had put the food on his plate he ate half of everything, and then got up from the table. It worked then you are not depriving yourself of the foods you are used to. And drink lots and lots of water. good luck try this.

Bulimia is not anything that you should want to be. Making yourself vomit causes the lining of your esophagus to start to wear away, which is quite painful and bad for you! Please don't try this, there are much better/easier ways to lose weight!

Perhaps you could try exercising and eating properly instead of embarking on a destructive path.

How about you do this instead.
Eat 5 small meals a day.
Go to the diabetic foundations website and learn how we eat because it is the healthiest way of eating there is.
Drink 8-8 oz glasses of water a day.
Exercise at least 20 mins a day every day or 1 hour every other day.
You will loose weight this way, if you were bulimic, you would loose more than just weight, you could loose your life.

Listen to Carpenter's music, drink iced tea and coffee. Or smarten up, excessive and eat right. It'll probably take a couple of month to show anything but it'll work a lot better for you.
