like in a hot summer night, sitting in my room, and all of a sudden i get the goose bumps, why is that??

NOt sure, but two reasons maybe:
One: Your overexposing yourself to heat and inflaming your skin during the day. That'll give you the chills at night. Not to many people know this but overexposure to heat can thin the skin (I worked in a steel foundry and that's what happened to me). Maybe in your case it from over suntanning (that is overexposing yourselfing from the heat of the sun)
Two: You may be low in iron which also happen to me last week which is strange for me being a guy. But it was a hot day and I was freezing cold. I should have ate my lunch more inside the foundry, lol.
