Todays dinner is very tender pork roast with rice, bread and green beans.

Put 2 lbs pork TENDERLOIN in crock pot. Open package of lipton onion soup put on top of pork, flip pork. Add 1 cup water, 3/4 cup red wine (i use cooking wine), 3 tbls soy sauce. Flip again, pepper to taste. Top with crushed garlic (i buy this in the jar in the produce section). Leave garlic to cook on top. Cook low 4 hrs.

When almost ready open a package of Lipton flavored rice. Microwave as per direction. Same with green beans or corn. Open the can simmer on stove with a little salt and pepper (i add bacon grease to beans, butter to corn). Have a loaf of that store bought "homemade" bread on hand and you have a fast, cheap, good meal!!!

Do you want tomorrows dinner Sauage and peppers over linguine in a wine sauce! email for recipe or other recipes. I love to cook and am thinking of opening a business where working families (or just ppl who don't like to cook) could tell me what they want and I would go to there house while thay were at work and make it for them!

The order of the day is ADVENTURE ! Life is an adventure.......or it is nothing at all !
I am in Shenzhen , China now and my food may be a bit different from yours. For breakfast I had a Squid Omelet. For lunch I plan to have Fried Noodles, Chopped Pork and Green, Steamed Vegetables , all with lots of Garlic, Green and Red Chilies, And Fresh Ginger !

for breakfast, a banana, some oatmeal, wish I had some orange juice but coffee will do just fine. For lunch tuna salad on sprouted grain bread and for dinner baked chicken- take a whole chicken coat it in olive oil and season to your liking- I prefer italian seasonings with a little basalmic vinegar and bake uncovered at 400 for about an hour. I am going to have green beans and seasoned baked potato cubes with this. Eat healthy, you only have one body and if you treat it right it will serve you well long and strong !
