In light of the news of the so called human cloning going on, we have to ask ourselves the hypothetical question. If you pushed your naked clone off the top of a tall building, would it be
Murder?Suicide?Or merely making an obscene clone fall?

Murder, it would only be suicide if the original you jumped off the cliff.

I can only speak for Ohio. But i'm sure it'll be the same most everywhere else. (Check your local laws)
I'm going to go with Murder. Since Murder is: Purposely causing the death of another or the unlawful termination of another's pregnancy. (ORC Sect 2903.02)
And suicide is the taking of one's own life. If someone is a clone they would still have their own life. So it definately would not be that.
If the clone died as a result of the fall, it would be murder. If the clown didn't die as a result of the fall then it might be aggravated assault, attempted murder, or felonious assault. Although maybe not FA since there was not a weapon used.
I doubt it would be considered obscene. Perhaps indecent exposure. But that would be on the clone.

I guess it would be murder. But what if your clone killed you and then took over your life. I mean how would you be able to tell the clone from you. They would have to make them kind of diffrent. Some how. I don't know. That is a good question though.

I don't think any body would be clonning me in the first place they would want someone smarter then me and someone who could play sport better then me.
I would think it would be suicide
