As long as there's no sugar or fructose in it you get the same benefits as plain water.

Er, no.... because it is flavored. On a more serious note, it is not the same because of the chemicals they put in to flavor it. While there may be benefits, there are bad things too and reg. water is best for you.

Flavored water generally has the same nutritional content as regular water, and has zero calories generally, but has added chemicals that give it a different taste.

undeniable water,, any ingredients of flavor and flavour destroys organic stability of water composition, needed for our physique.. why guy isn't pleased with undeniable water ... why flavoured water ?? guy has created plenty odour and gases that he desires each the place flavour.. why no longer ask researchers to make our physique such that it launch flavours as a replace of odours...

no that why they call it FLAVORED water lol..some of them have fruity tastes..and coloring but i think i'll just stick to natural

flavored water has sweeteners in it...check the label...splenda and aspartame are common

no it isnt because people sometimes need energy drinks,so no it is not the same as regular water.

Depends on the company. Some might have calories, some might not, depends on who makes it and what they make it out of.
