Papillon puppys are so cute and i took care of some just the other week. But yeah i had to brush them and i didn't need to teach them roll over but i did.

i dont see why you should treat them diffrently always be very delicate with puppies and be super careful when brushing their ears. training for what? behavior traning would best be left to a school maybe but your question isnt to specific

All dogs need some form of training. :)
I'm pretty sure you can just training like any other pup.
It'll need brushing since I think they're long-haired.
They'll probably require grooming often because of that.
