I want to be an interior decorater when I grow up. I am only 11 but I really like decorating I like to decorte rooms online. I am moving and I want to decorate the rooms. My mom said that it is just a phase but I have ALWAYS wanted to decorate it is my passion how can I make my mom believe me that it isnt a phase and how can I let her let me decorate or bew house. I need answers

Well, the way to convince her that it's not a phase is to maintain your interest in it over time.
Decorating your whole house is probably a little ambitious. But you could reasonably ask to decorate your own room.

You can start by decorating your own new room! I'm sure your mom will let you! But let the rest of the house be decorated by her, since it's her new house also, and I'm sure she's very excited about it just like you are. However, you can give her suggestions by going online and searching for ideas... Show her pictures of what you have in mind.

Decorate anything and everything until someone discovers your talent. Practice never hurts and always helps you to improve. Draw designs for the new house and show her a variety of ideas. You might be surprised at the reaction.

Decorate your new room, show her your passionate about it. In plus you don't always have to prove things to your parents just prove it to yourself.

you're only 11. if you show a constant interest over time, then she may take your dream seriously. keep at it, she'll see one day!
