I always tell people "Bless you" when they cough, burp, fart, or have any other kind of bodily eruption. I don't know why.

It's a habit. Some people start all there sentences with "Like" as in "Like, so then she said...." Most people probably just think you're a little strange, saying "Bless you" when they fart, but hey, it's better than smacking them upside the head. What I find strange is that you say "Bless you" instead of "God bless you." People used to think that sneezing allowed demons to enter your soul through your mouth, so "God bless you" was a way to ward off possession. I doubt that demons enter when you fart. On the other hand, what do I know?

I believe there's nothing wrong with that unless you are trying to convert people into another religion.
You may bless them anytime you want. Most people will appreciate it. I know I would because it meant you took the time to stop, open your mouth, and say two words because I farted. Thank you. You're a sweetie.

"Bless you" for sneezing is just a custom, no biggie.
Quick fact: When you sneeze you have a tiny orgasm because all the musles in your body contract for a microsecond (just like in an orgasm but faster). Even your heart stops beating!

Yes , I think you are! When people cough I say"Whoa, there's a piece of your lung!" When they burp I say "Good one!" And when they fart I say "You must have had chili for lunch".

you should'nt say bless you after anything. it will lose it's meaning. people are blessed when they sneeze for protection.it is not needed with the other things. and some people who are'nt christian are probably offended when you do that.
