Okay. By 'mayo', I'm guessing you've tried the thing where you slather your hair with mayonnaise, wrap it in Saran Wrap, and wrap a hot towel over that for an hour.
Try leaving your regular mousturizing conditioner (I like Finesse) in your hair for at least five minutes- I wash my body while leaving the conditioner in. Or stop the shower and read a book or magazine, relax in the bath, whatever you want. It's not a definite amount of time, but it works for me.
Also- don't shampoo (or shampoo with a diluted mix of shampoo and water) the ends of your hair. It's the deadest part, and shampoo's chemicals will kill it deader. Concentrate your consitioner there, instead.
Don't pile all your hair on top of your head when you wash and condition, either. Brush it before you get in the shower, so you don't get sailor's knots and any grit or dust is loosened. DO NOT BRUSH YOUR HAIR AFTER YOUR SHOWER. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST, BUY A WIDE-TOOTHED COMB.
Perhaps the sun is damaging your hair? Maybe wearing a hat or putting in something with an SPF would help?
No treatments, just some tips. *laughs* Hope this helps!

Ok some good news first, you can try some vo5 hot oil treatment to help heal it. But the truth of the matter is you have damaged is soooo much that the only way to restore your beauty sadly is to cut of the entire problem. When it comes to your hair, no matter what the bottle says, you can not repair a split end problem. Dry hair is fixable. But brittle hair takes longer more patient results. Try Nexus humectress, or spelled something like that. It will totally help. That helped my mom's hair after cancer treatments destroyed it. So hope this helps. PS. Kick a** eye color you got up there!!!!!

Try this: Biosilk Silk Therapy, its an oil for your hair. You only put a dime-sized amount in your palm and rub, then grab sections of your hair and run your hands through it. It keeps your hair silky and shiny if you want your straight hair to look good and frizz-free.
You can also try and do this: Since you wash your hair once or twice a week, that's actually healthy for your hair, brush it before you wash your hair, so that the natural oils from your scalp will moisturize the rest of your hair..when it's time to go to bed and your in the shower, and your conditioning..leave it in..put a bandanna on your head, so it covers all your hair, and holds it in. Leave it in, even when you go to bed..when you wake up wash it out, and straighten..then put the Biosilk Silk Therapy in..

Ask at a beauty salon. It may cost more but you get the effect your looking for. Too much conditioner is bad.
