How about a thoughtful answer. The normal urinary bladder holds about 350 to 400ml of urine before the urge to urinate. This urge is actually a reflex mediated by the sacral part of the spinal cord. In some people the volume goes way down before the urge and this is a spastic bladder, the signal to urinate is way too soon. If you have an overactive reflex, you may want to visit a good chiropractor for adjustment of the sacrum. If this type of treatment does not fit your plan you can visit a urologist and there are some meds. that can relax the bladder and allow more filling before the urge. One more thing there is no blood test for this

Have you been checked for a simple bladder infection? It requires a urine sample. If you ride horses, it is common in females & you may need to change to cotton underwear & wear a panty liner to eliminate moisture from the area. You will also need to use anti-bacterial soap & keep your saddle clean & disinfected.
