Two options:

The literal translation is (assuming you know the person well):
Hab eine sichere Reise, immer in meinen Gebeten.

The more common way to say it in german, though, would be (again assuming you know the person well):
Gute Reise! Du bist immer in meinen Gebeten.

If you don't know the person well, then substitute "haben Sie" for "hab" in the first translation and "Sie sind" for "du bist" in the second.
