They are capable of being breed at 6 months but NOT advisable so keep her safe until she is more mature. Her first liter should be at around 1 to 2 years old for best results and her ability to care for the pups.
If breeding is your goal with her then take care to allow her own physical growth. Remember that dogs age 7 times faster then humans.
Also, a female should be larger then or at least the same size as the male she is breeding with, not the other way around. The pups could be too large for her to delivery, thus harming HER and possibly losing the pups.

after 2 years - for sure, and should only be a few litters, no more than one every 1 year or something for the mom to be ok. I can't remember what the maximum age is supposed to be, I think it's something like 5 years old. That's my understanding from what I've learned at the dog park.

it depends on the dog but i would say the best age is 2 years old . Simply because like humans they must mature. for females probably after they've been in heat about 4 times which should equal up to about 2 years

why are you wanted to breed dogs? Do you know how much work and money it will take to do it properly???
Most vets will tell you not to breed your female until after their second heat cycle. And not to start studding out the male until they are at least 18 months old

They can have puppies as young as 6 months but it is better for the dog and the puppies to want until she is mature (1 1/2 to 2 years).

We never breed any of our tzu's befor they are a year old. After the 2nd heat cycle is ok. But if you need to do test like the hips then you have to wait untill they are 2.

I think if you have to ask this on a forum, you shouldn't be breeding. Leave the breeding to responsible people. There are too many homeless animals in the world.

If it's female, after their first period of heat. Wait until that is over and you can breed her when the second comes around
