FOUR easy steps
1- Get the fruit (make sure that it is a fruit and not a vegetable)
2- Cut the fruit (get a knife...and start cutting the fruit and be carefull make sure you do this with an adult)
3- Get a bowl (any kind of bowl is ok...you choose the color, make sure it matches with the ocassion lets say that it is for a reunion, well make the bowl match with the couch)
4- Put the fruit in the bowl (ok now that you have your bowl and your fruit already cut...put it in the bowl)

Tips: ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHIN FOOD AND/OR PREPARING FOOD

Cut up whatever is freshest in your area. Put a little lemon juice on those fruits that turn brown like bananas or apples. Add chopped walnuts or celery if you like. Mix a little mayonaise (regular or low fat) and/or a little sour cream with some sugar or Equal, stir it all together. Refrigerate if you have time.

To serve "fancy" hollow out a watermelon, serve in this, yum! Hey, sounds good, time to hit the farmers market, lol!

Unsweetened pack. Pack prepared fruit into containers without liquid or sweetening, or cover with water containing 1 teaspoon ascorbic acid per quart of water. Nonnutritive sweeteners may be added to the water to provide sweetness. Fruit also may be sweetened at the time of serving.
