Would say 30 minutes or more past the deadline pretty much make her want to forget the whole thing?

It depends on the girl and the situation. If you've made an effort to contact her, or explain that you're running late I don't see why you can't have an enjoyable date.
Some people are just put off by tardiness, though and may not forgive you no matter what.

I doubt she will forgive you if youre 30+ minutes late, unless you take her on a really good date.

If you called to tell her what was going on and (it better be a good excuse) that you'd be late, then she might forgive you.

You should be more punctual.If it happens more then once it could be a definite turn off.
