should i go with the supplements he used and demand an endorsement deal?

Demanding might not be the best idea, but you would definitely have the best chance getting him on commercials if you went to the company that makes the supplements he used. Most companies are always looking for people to advirtise for them, and would probably be happy to hear from you.
If you're interested in other TV shows, and probably not commercials, you could also probably get him on an afternoon talk show. I don't know any names of current ones, I'm sorry, but they're on almost any network. Oprah might even work. Most of the time, at the end of the show, they will show a number to call if you are looking to get on the show. Sometimes they even ask for stories like yours!

Rather than demanding an endorsement deal, send a letter to the company with before and after photos, thanking them for their great product.
If an endorsement deal would be forthcoming, it would have to come from them.

unless he wieghted close to 300 or over to begin with hes probly a skinny stick right about now kinda like paris hilton so he needs some food shoved in his mouth or something
