I wonder who invented the Tootsie Pop.....I bet one day a man with a handle bar mustache was enjoying a lollipop, when he was walking through the park. Then he saw a dog taking a dump and thought, "I bet this would taste even better with THAT in the middle of it." So he ran off to tell his boyfriend, and said, "Lets put poop in the middle of a lollipop!" And his boyfriend replied, "No! Lets put Tootsie Rolls in the middle to trick everyone!" "Yeah! They will sit there for hours trying to get to the center where the dog poop is! Ha ha, it will be so funny!........The world will never know!"
