nobody dies without sometime in their life they have had a chance to repent if they haven't repented they go to hell.

No. Murderers do not have the power to send you to hell. We all have the opportunity to repent (many of us have several opportunities) before we die. Every person is responsible for their own salvation. The way your question is phrased, it gives me the impression that this hypothetical person is living their life without repenting and just waiting until death is at their door to "ensure" entrance into heaven. That's not the way it works. I feel we need to be right with God at all times because we never know when we're going to die.

Any person that dies without having accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior is without God.
Any person that has sin, that they are aware of, and they haven't repented of it they also are without God.
Just for the record; REPENT means a little more than being sorry for what you did, it means to turn away from, change course, change your mind, or simpler put Don't do it again.

you're forgetting between the main extreme issues: the bible teaches that actual everyone has sinned and fallen wanting the attention of God. sure, there are grave sins, being a serial killer is somewhat grave. however the guy who on no account murdered all people has stilled sinned in life, and that they gained't pass to heaven till they believe in Christ. The worst sinner can call on the call of Jesus Christ and be saved. no matter what they have executed. this shouldn't reason us disillusioned. this might desire to amaze us on the quantity of God's mercy.

It is not true that you have to repent to go to heaven. The only time you have to repent is if you did something to delibratly hurt someone. And if you don't you are still going to heaven, because god still loves you. By the way who have you been talking to? I need to have a discussion with him/her.
