I have given her flowers, candles, my poems, back rubs, CDs, and a ring in the past. Does anyone have a new idea or suggestion? Thanks in advance for your help; it is greatly appreciated.

Just some ideas for you to build on...
1.) you could make her a romantic card or several,
with whatever you think is personal and caring and romantic,
2.) you could play tennis or other games with her,
3.) you could ask her over to watch your favorite show together alone if you have the opportunity
4.) you could go for a walk or go somewhere you can watch the birds or water flowing, or have a picnic,
5.) you could also do foot massages though she may get spoiled and expect it more often,
6.) you could write her more poems and do more of what you're doing.
7.) don't miss any chances to say an "I love you" or other complements

Here's an original and fun idea I got from some website.
Before she gets home some day, sprinkle Hershey Kisses in a pathway leading to the bathroom. In the shower, hang a bouquet of flowers for her. Tape a note to the mirror that reads. "Because I love you so much, I have kissed the ground you walked on and showered you with flowers." She will follow the path of kisses to figure out what the heck is going on. Once she figures it out, it will definitely make her smile.
All it will cost you is the candy and the bouquet. The originality will wow her more than any kind of extravagance. Good luck!

yeah, the teddy bear is a great idea, go to "build-a-bear" so you can personalize it to her liking. Or buy her a necklace to match the ring. Or buy her a new shirt or pants or other articles of clothing. um.. Buy her earrings that may represent something in the past. Well, your probably not that old if you only got 20$.so just buy her a cute card and give her the money.

Coupon books for the above mentioned stuff. Also, is the gift for some special occasion? Showering with gifts for no reason can get kind of creepy.
How about a trip up the mountain or a hike?

You can get sooo many cute things at the dollar store. It can look like a lot, and give her a coupon for a free massage by you. All girls love massages. The thought will mean so much to her. Just showing her you care. Good luck

THis pat x-mas i gave my girlfriend a tommy hilfigure purse from RossI printed her name on paper and put the origin what it means and what that person is usually like and a card and put how i felt about her. even though we broke up she still has them. I didn't have to spend $15.

Go to Wal-Mart and buy some pic-nic stuff. Then swing by Subway and pick up some sandwhiches. Take her to quiet place and have a candlelighted pic-nic! I always wished that my bf would do that for me! Play some music from your car and chill out. Its so sweet!

how about a romantic dinner that u have cooked just for her followed by rented movies? a picnic? earrings? braclet? watch? gift card to her favorite store? use ur imagination. anything is possible. best of luck w/ whatever u do

Picnics and other small surprises are nice. Finding something that she likes that you know about her is also the best way to go about it. Example: she likes dogs. you could buy her a dog stuffed animal or something like that.
