In response to ProFlyer and Walt554 the P&W PT6 is a round engine. Nothing has changed there still the best.

The Dehavilland Beaver is powered by a 9 Cylinder Pratt &Whitney R-985-AN 450 HP Wasp Junior Radial Engine.

The Beaver uses the Pratt & Whitney Wasp Junior 450hp radial engine. I miss the days when all props used radials!

Dont forget that some have been re engined with turbines too....
