I can think of a whole lot worse that's ruining the world....... has your friend seen any of the newer cartoons these days? They are full of violence, nursery rhymes are nothing in comparison

Funny...although that's probably one of those statements you can awaken a dead person with, because it's just too absurd. I wished he elaborated on that statement, so I can somehow understand his thought process. Some of them actually have history in them, but it's mostly the sound of the syntax the kids focus on anyway.

not really. but there is one i wouldnt recommed to children - ring around the rosies. only because it is basically about the black plague that hit London in the 1700's or 1800's (for example, the line: "a tissue, a tissue, we all fall down" refers to how the people with the plague where sneezing alot and also fell to their death)
