It makes the tastiest grilled chicken breasts with no seasoning necessary. Try cutting the thick breasts lengthwise and don't cook longer than the light indicates. Also sprinkling a little lemon pepper...how could you go wrong? You can't!! I also use it when I buy potato patties...the ones sold at the butcher/in the freezer aisle. Yum. Yum.

My husband is a good cook...he said it depends what food you are going to cook on it. He finds he really needs to keep the surface clean after each use.

Some of our favorites are Panni Sandwiches, Grilled Salmon with dill and lemon, and when it rains (and we have had a lot this year) a burger.

It definitely cuts out a lot of fhe fats of meats.
Now flavorwise, you really have to use a lot of spices to get any taste, and moisture is really the weakness of that machine, it dries out food, by pressing its two weights on it.

I love mine I wish that I had gotten the family size. It takes a bit of practice to get used to using it but once you do you'll find that it's a staple in your kitchen!!

I didn't like ours and sold it a yard sale. It cooked unevenly and dried out the meats.
