I did this once: I did pushups with my hands on a bathroom scale. I weighed 160 lbs. standing; but with only my hands on the scale, in pushup position, the scale registered 110 pounds. So, 110/160=11/16=~app. 70%.

This is for men. The result for women will be less, because more of their body mass is lower. Men are stronger for upper body mass--women stronger from hips on down.

It is about 60%. However if you incline your feet you will increase the percentage of your bodyweight, and if you incline your body you will decrease the percentage.
