How to maintain my hair lush and smooth, without fallout?

I am 24 years old man , i have a soft hair but it fallout now .. i need something which keeps it look heavy and soft .. give me so tips please

use a clarifying or volume shampoo

use either garnia or herbel estence for men
or go to sports clips (if you have one near by)
and ask for the tea tree line or condisoner and shampoo
thats what one of my friends did
