exactly when the rite time is for someone to ask someone out. wen hes alone or give him a note or wat. im ttly clueless.

Definitely do it in person, and when you guys are alone....you don't have to be in a completely deserted area but just somewhere you two can talk without anyone else listening. A note, or email may be too immature and it's less personal. Go for it!!! good luck :)

A note always works. It would be cool to have someone else give it to him tho and when he ask who it's from have your friend say you. Then he will glance at you and you can give him a sexy, interested look!!!

I wouldn't give a note, I would probable wait till he's alone, less chance for imbarrasment

i would call him or ask him out in person! but now that is e and i dont care what people think of me, so for u i would just do what u feel u r most comfortable with.
