I would highly recommend Leaping Lunges. It is when you do a standing one legged lunge, and switch legs in mid-air. So instead of just standing back up and switching legs like normal, you leap from the down position, switch legs in mid-air, and then do the next leg. If you can keep that going in a rythm, and do 20 on each leg, you are doing pretty good.
As for diet, I live by the high protein, low (not no) carb diet.
It does help to decrease the total calories you absorb because your body has to work to turn the protein into carbohydrates. As a plus, I still have the protein I need available to build muscle after working out.
Check out Bill Phyllips "Body for Life" books. There is another book out there for females as well. My wife is not a PT monster like me, so she stays moderately active, and eats a vegetarian diet to stay lean.

Pilates! You will see a huge improvement. If that is not for you try lunges and squats. To tone your abs use one of the hanging ab machines at the gym. Also belly dancing tones your core as well as crunches on a ball.

How about: 4. we are kept by utilizing faith on my own, yet forget of works does impair our courting with God. Salvation is via faith that Jesus Christ - God contained in the flesh - died in our stead. even as salvation is via faith on my own, our works DO remember. Our courting with God is a 2-way street. We shouldn't merely get kept then sit down back and do not something. we could consistently draw in the direction of God. we could consistently to wish to Him, praise Him, believe Him, and be counted upon Him. we could consistently witness to non-believers and share the Gospel, and stay healthful lives, placing an social gathering for others. we could consistently attempt to be Christ-like. those products are not needed for salvation, yet our courting with God will struggle through if we do not do them. AND we will be judged by utilizing our works. some persons that've served God truly nicely will reign alongside Jesus. Others may have commonly used jobs some rungs down the ladder in God's authorities.

If you can get to a pool, swim every day. Do laps and increase the number of laps you can do as you get into the routine of swimming.
Water aerobics is great also. Good luck.

I think you should do Donut Curls followed by Ice Cream dips. Come on, be honest with yourself.. Do you eat all day, do you eat more than your boyfriend. That might be a good start.
