I'm 14, an age where kids are already becoming involved with the opposite sex (feeling up, fingering, bj's, some even going all the way.) I mean at my age you can't help but to become curious about what sex is going to feel like. I am a raised Catholic, and i believe in waiting to losing my virginity to the person i want to spend the rest of my life with, so i know that i don't want to go all the way with someone yet. So I have some questions. You don't need to answer them....i'm just looking for knowledge. **PLEASE IF YOU AREN'T GONNA ANSWER MATURLY DON'T ANSWER AT ALL**
-How old were you when you first fingered yourself?
-Does having sex hurt?
-Did you wait for marriage, and was it worth waiting for?
-How far did you go with a boy when you were 14?
-Any other opinions or knowledge of your experiences....
I know it may seem that i am prying for graphic details but i'm really not, again, don't feel like you have to share every little thing, i'm just looking for guidance. --Thanks

**Another question**
-How do you know if you are 'good' or not?
-Did you every worry that you would be horrible in bed?
**PS: I have not done any of the questions i'm asking, i'm just wondering what to and what not to do from people with experience! Thank you!**

Well dear, I've never fingered myself....uh YES having sex hurts...I waited to have sex until I was 18...lost my virginity to the man I'm married to, but we were not married when I slept with him for the first time....Yes, I believe it is worth waiting for...it will be so much more special....When I was 14, the farthest I went with a boy was kissing...he might have touched my chest...I dont really remember, but there is no rush for any of that. I really think you should wait...after all, (I know you probably hate hearing this, I know I did) YOU ARE ONLY 14. It is ok to be curious, but dont be in a hurry. You will know when the time is right and I wish you all the best in your future....oh, and btw, dont worry about what other people your age are doing...do what feels right to you sweetie, ok??? Hope I helped a little... Take Care.

hi I am now 21 and i was 15 when i first had sex. I am also catholic. Now 14 sounds young to me but at the time it didn't feel that way. I was almost 13 when i got my first kiss but it was just kissing until i was 15 and things got serious really fast. I never fingered myself as a teenager..lol.....The first time i had sex really hurt and it hurt a lot of times after that, for a couple of months it never really went in until i was 16. it is very wise to wait for marriage. I am still with this same guy who gave me my first kiss and took my virginity so i can say i was sure i would spend my life with him.we have been together for 8 years now. And trust me it may seem like this is what everyone is doing but it really isn't. Its what you're doing( if u are doing it) So please wait for marriage or at least the one you know you'll marry.

-Does having sex hurt? The first time, yes it can hurt and there is some bleeding due to the hymen being broken.

-Did you wait for marriage, and was it worth waiting for? No I didn't wait for marriage.

-How far did you go with a boy when you were 14? I lost my virginity at 14.

-Any other opinions or knowledge of your experiences If I could do it all over again, I would have at least tried to wait until marraige or until I was older and in love with the person. It definately was NOT worth it and in the end I just felt empty anyway.

hun i totally understand what you are going through.
i am 26 yrs old and i just started dating my first boyfriend(in my entire life) 2 weeks ago. it is hard to believe but very true. i was also raised like you where i was taught to wait until i was married to have sex and i have kept true to my promise. it am so happy that i have not had sex yet. my boyfriend and i just shared our first kiss last week(yes the first in my life). i have a feeling that i have meet the man that i will be with for the rest of my life and i am so happy because he is a great man and to be blunt-i cant wait until our wedding night.
here is how i look at sex(and this is what has kept me away for years): you as a young woman are a gift. you should keep this gift covered with modest clothing. if you let a guy take advantage of you before you are married you will 99 percent chance not get married and you have just given a huge part of yourself(your virginity) away to him. then later on in your life when you do finally marry someone your sexual experience with him will not be as special because you have already experience sex with someone who means absolutely nothing to you. sex is a thing that should bond a man and woman and should only be shared on the marriage bed.

i hope you make wise decisions and if you ever want to talk more or ask any questions please e-mail me at

When I first fingered myself I was 13. Your first time might be painful but after that it will be ok. I mean its worth waiting for but i didnt wait for marriage. When I was 14 I kissed, hugged, and got fingered. I thought I was jacking him off but I really didnt know what I was doing. Its ok if oyu ask questions. Its good your asking instead of going to explore without caution. Its no biggie, everyone make sex up to be so extravagant. The only way it could be like that is if the person your having sex with is making love to you and if he is being passionate to you. If you want to know more you could email me.

im 14 too so i hope my advice helps u. i dont finger myself but as far as i kno 2 of my friends do and its normal just dont become so obsessed with it that u absolutley NEED it. (every1 needs pleasure but i feel i dont) im pretty sure that i am going 2 wait 2 have sex until marriage cuz i want my 1st 2 b with some1 that truely loves me. i have a bf rite now and we've made out and he's felt me up. IF A BOY DOES ANYTHING TO YOU THAT YOU'RE NOT READY FOR STOP IMMEDIATLEY. IF HE REALLY LIKES YOU HE'LL UNDERSTAND AND RESPECT WHAT YOU SAY. my bf is very understanding but not all guys are like that and if they r i wouldnt waste my time with them. i hope i helped and remember ur guy shouldnt pressure u 2 do something u dont wanna do and if he cant respect that then u dont need him.
