you can sub those foods with the same things only made in a healthier way. i make pizza around the house on tortillias, english muffins, french bread etc. i use spaghetti sauce and mozz. ch. very yummy. usually even better than pizza hut or some other pizza place. you could add other toppings as well and is still healthy. french fries i either buy the frozen and bake or i cut straight from the potatoe and cook in olive oil. you dont need to saturate in oil either, jus a lil bit will do the trick. the healthier you eat and the more you exercise your craving for junk wil subside. but i dont think 120 is such a bad weight.

Um, not eat food?

Oh wow, that was apathetic. Anyway, drinking water and exercising are supposed to help a lot. Also, if you slowly decrease the amount you eat (like with an addiction), it will help. Don't go all anorexic, but just slow down a bit.
As for healthier foods that taste good, that depends on the individual and their taste. I like Subway. I find it filling, and it's very healthy if you pick the right sub. They have nutritional information on most of their subs that you can check out, too.

[EDIT]
Oh my god, you weigh 120 lbs? Unless you are incredibly short, do not worry about your weight AT ALL. You can still try to eat healthy foods, though. If you eat less fat and sodium (pizza & french fries), you will feel better and have more energy. But please, PLEASE don't feel that you have to lose weight.

at 120 with no height description I'm not sure if you need to be losing any weight. Calorie restrictions aren't always your best bet. Your body will go into starvation mode and turning everything you do put in your mouth to fat. Fat is what are body feeds on when starving, then our muscle tissue. This is why when you go on a crash diet and gain the weight back. which you will gain it back you feel softer. your muscle mass has deteriorated and your fat cells have increased.
If you truly feel you for your health need to lose some weight. Eat dense foods not processed white breads and rice. Eat good quality brown rice. eat lean good protein, avoid soda in general diet or regular. Diet contains sodium and regular just has way to much sugar. drink lots of water. get plenty of sleep. and exercise doing something you enjoy so you will stick to it!

The trick to controlling the urges to eat certain food is to eat that certain food...everything in moderation, though. Try the low sugar (NOT SUGAR SUBSTITUTE!!) or low salt version of your favorites. For cheese pizza, make your own! Buy the crescent rolls, roll them out and bake for 10 min. take out and pour on spaghetti sauce and top with fat free mozzarella, bake for 10 more minutes! For the fries, cut them and microwave first then saute in cooking spray to make them crunchy: NO oil frying = no fat. Trust me all this has worked WONDERS for my body and dieting results. Best wishes darlin!

Unless you're 4 feet tall, 120 pounds is not overweight, so you probably don't need to lose weight, but when I try not to eat junk food, I drink big mugs of tea (plain or herbal-no milk or sugar those are just calories)-plain tea is 0 calories.

It isn't so much what you eat, as it is, how much you eat. You can, believe it or not, eat what you like as long as you don't make a pig of yourself. Eat only 1 slice of pizza instead of 2 etc.
