Yes. Yahoo allows your question to be as long and detailed as you need, to explain your question in full.
You will get better answers that way.
They use the first several words of your question in the headline field. That doesn't leave enough room for most people's questions to be written out.
SO, to contimue to ask your question, with all the words you need, they have that space called "add details", so you can finish a question that takes more than just a few words.
The second "Add Details" is for you to type in things, you might have forgotten earlier to include in your question.
Sometimes the public will misunderstand your question. They give you that space, so you can clarify your question better.

For some it helps them to better understand what you're describing. Some people have to have FULL detail in order to comprehend something.
