This simply can't be answered correctly.
If you have full-blown AIDS and you catch a virulent flu, you'll probably do better than your healthy neighbors who catch the flu. But both are viruses. I'd rather have a cold than Ebola.
Same with bacteria. The same bacteria that kills one person can live for years in the nose of another without symptoms. There are bacteria that cause pimples and flesh-eating bacteria that mean you have to have things amputated and you still might not make it.

I may not be correct but I work in an aid station and from what I know it's probably going to be viral. This doesn't mean that bacterial infections are safe but viral infections can cause fevers which if un checked can have nasty consequences

Viral infections are generally more dangerous because presently there is no way to kill this type of infection in the body.Only outside the body. But there are many types of bacteria that are unresponsive to antibiotics. The fact of the matter the answer to this question hinges on what type of each you are talking about. But there is no cure for viruses.

it depends, but if you look at medicine for both infections you have lots and lots of antibiotics for bacterial infections and few medicine for viral infection and discovering antiviral medicine is harder than discovering antibiotics, of course the bacterias develop resistance against the antibiotics so you have to come up with new and stronger medicine

Both can be deadly, but there are fewer medicines against viral infections...antibiotics only work against bacterial infections.

Normall a virus would be more dangerous due to the fact a virus is neither alive nor dead. We can treat the symptoms but not the cause. Hoewver there are some strains of bacteria with very high mortality rates

It depends on the bug...both have "bad boys" that can kill you FAST. Necrotizing Fasciitis can eat you alive in hours (bacterial). AIDS can kill you in a slow horrible death (Viral). Generally speaking, Viruses are harder to treat. We have a lot more meds that are very good at killing bacteria.
