Until you can get to the vet (which should be ASAP) you should wash the area w/ antibiotic soap & rinse really well. Towel dry & when it's completely dry coat it w/ corn starch. If it is a hot spot, greasy stuff will make it worse. No matter what it is, corn starch can't hurt.

A canine will be in "season" for almost an total month, her deepest elements will be swollen and bleed for plenty of that element, contained in the course of the cycle she will be able to end bleeding for a lengthy time period, that's the time she will be able to get pregnant, so watch her in case you do not want pups, lol. yet, if this look diverse from her being in warmth, i'd take her to the vet. attempt the area lower than and be conscious if it matches up.

That sounds really bad, like he's been injured. Could he have been in an accident? Or maybe somebody beat on him? He can't tell you what happened but he IS telling you he's in big trouble! Get the poor guy to a vet right now!
