I have had migraine headaches most of my life. Some with and some without the aura that happens before them.

If this is a migraine, is unlike any one I have ever had before. Last night my head hurt to the touch in the back on one side. Several hours later, my head began to hurt. When I woke this morning, my head still hurt and Tylenol has not relieved the pain. It feels like a sweezing pain. It still hurts to touch my head. In addition, I have felt nauseous and have had diarrhea along with some dizziness.

Has anyone had a migraine like this before?

I forgot to mention that before the diarrhea, I had severe stomach cramps.

When I have a migraine headache I get nauseated but do not have the aura. When I have a really bad one it hurts totouch my head and hair and mine are always on one side of my head. I can only suggest that if you have any prescription meds to take one, lie down in a dark room and put a cold cloth on you head. Hope this helps.

You should see a doctor. I never heard of a migraine like that. I used to get them and I would get dizzy, nauseous and have to close my eyes.

I'd go in a dark room lay down and keep my eyes closed while trying to remain immobile.

You could have a stomach virus and got the head pain from that.

Just to be safe I think you should go to your local emergency room and get checked out. You never know. Headaches are indicators of so many disease processes. Better safe than sorry.

Sounds to me like a Migraine. My neigbor has them and it sounds like what she goes through. But please have it checked out. Don't take my word on it. I've never had a migraine.
