Most Likely you are depressed and there may also be other factors involved like diet (Types of foods and drinks eg high sugar content), sleeping habits, pregnant, menstruation cycle, and of cause stress! Address these other factors and see how you feel, but I do recommend that you also see you doctor about how you have been feeling. Goodluck!

You could be going through depression. Some of the symptoms of depression are anxiety, insomnia or sleeping a lot, crying, and anger. I recommend you to go to www.depression.com , it can probably answer a lot of your questions. I hope you can figure out if it is depression or not, I have been dealing with depression for 12 years. It is something that I have had to just live with, I take my medicine and take life day to day. But honestly, get some help. Depression can take over your life if you let it. Sit down and try to explain to your boyfriend what is going on , support is very helpful.

It sounds hormonal.

The #1 hormone - because it can affect the production of all the other hormones - is insulin. Ask your doctor for a fasting insulin blood test . Ask for a copy of your results. 10 or higher is abnormal for an adult.

Also ask for a saliva test. This test will tell you if any of your feminine hormones are not at the best levels. If any of them are "off", that could be one reason behind your mood swings.

Your symptoms (all of them) could be related to low blood sugar. You may want to check out www.hufa.org, and click on the symptoms link to check yourself out.

IT COULD BE HORMONES SO GET TESTED. RIGHT NOW YOU CAN TAKE A NATURAL SUPPLEMENT TO HELP YOUR MOOD SWINGS. MY GRANDSON USES 5-HTP(WALMART,HEALTH FOOD STORES,INTERNET) AND IT HELPS A LOT! IT ALSO HELPS YOUR SLEEP(WHICH A LACK OF A GOOD NIGHT'S REST EVERY NIGHT COULD ALSO BE A REASON FOR MOODINESS) BUT DOESN'T MAKE YOU DROWSY BEFORE BED. TAKE IT AS SOON AS YOU GET UP AND AS THE INSTRUCTIONS INDICATE AND YOU WILL SEE AND FEEL A DIFFERENCE IN A FEW DAYS OR SOONER. YOU ALSO COULD HAVE DEPRESSION OR BE BI-POLAR BUT CK. OUT THE EASY STUFF FIRST AND ELIMINATE THEM BEFORE GOING TO THE HARD AND EXPENSIVE DRUGS THAT A DR. MAY PUT YOU ON IN ONE VISIT! I AM SURE THE LOW COST OF SUPPLEMENTS WOULD BE BE A WELCOME ADDITION TO YOUR BUDGET AND YOUR BOYFRIEND WILL THINK HE IS IN HEAVEN!

Could be a dozen things. Anxiety, Depression, PMS, meopopause or you could just be a moody person.

Mention it to your Dr when you can. I don't kwow where you are or how soon you can get it, but please get in ASAP. Aslo mention it to your boyfriend so he will understand you more. The poor man is probably so frustrated!

It could be bipolar disorder - does it run in your family? Symptoms are sudden mood swings from the extremes (ex: extremely depressed to extremely angry). consult a psychiatrist.

Try eliminating ALL foods with sugars (even natural ones) in them, and high-starch foods, for at least 3 weeks and see what happens...your symptoms point towards internal yeast trouble.

Sounds like you suffer from one of the disorders they have lumped into Bi-polar. You need to seek help. Be thankful your boyfriend hasn't walked out on you yet. Seek psychological help immediately.

It's either depression, PMS, or low sugar. Try eliminating sugar from your diet and make sure you eat a good balance of starch, fiber, and protein.
