The last time I went vegetarien (vegetarien, not vegan) I got sick after about two months from lack of nutrients. Now I'm going back but now I'm going all the way to vegan. Are there any supplements or anything I should be taking? I'm already taking a multivitamin every day so that should help..

there is a weight loss plan called Shapeworks, it consists of soy protein shakes and they also have a pharmaceutical grade vitamin, which means it contains everything it says it does. It is a wonderful program. I lost 95 lbs in 8 months using it. Here is the website I went to: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward

The best way to make up for lost nutrients is to eat meat. Delicious, juicy meat. Mmmm. Yummy!
