Wheaties because when Mary Lou Retton (80's Olympics) was on that box it made me want to be a gymnast...didn't work out too well, but hey those boxes motivate!

I'd say Honey Bunches of Oats. Brings back old memories. When I was a kid, My dad and I would eat this every morning and always find stuff to put in it like gummy bears, nuts, chocolate syrup, or whatever. Creativity has been in me for years and now I just paint, bead or do arts with whatever I have.

Corn flakes. Because every hostel and B&B I stayed at when I was backpacking thru Europe served corn flakes every morning. I never had liked them before, but I grew to like them... and sure enough they gave me plenty of energy to go tromping out the door and across country after country.
